The organiser

This promotion is organised by Gatherwell Limited, trading as Your School Lottery, company number 08675983, whose registered office is at C/O Craufurd Hale Group Ground Floor, Arena Court, Crown Lane, Maidenhead, United Kingdom, SL6 8QZ (the “Organiser”, or “we”, “us”, “our”).

Eligibility to participate

This promotion is open to Your School Lottery players who: (i) have active paid tickets on Your School Lottery; and (ii) purchase entries in the Toyota Good for Cricket Prize Draw during the Promotion Period.

Duration of this promotion

This promotion will be open from 21 August to 30 September 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

The promotion incentive

1. If you are an eligible person (see section 2 above), you will be eligible to participate in this promotion.
2. The promotion will entitle you to one entry into a draw, where the winner of the draw will entitle the winner’s chosen school/PTA to receive a donation of £250 from the Organiser (the “Prize”). The Prize will be paid directly to the school/PTA that the winner supports on Your School Lottery. No payment will be made to the winner.

Selection of the winner

There will be one draw within 14 days after the end of the Promotion Period, which will include all entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be selected using a random number generator.

Notifying the winner

We will notify the winner by email within one (1) week of the draw to confirm that they have won and that payment will be made to the school/PTA they support on Your School Lottery. The winner is not required to take any action to claim the Prize.

Publicity and personal information

1. We will use your personal information to administer this promotion in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
2. We may publish the surname and county of the winner on our website. If you do not want your surname and county to be published, please email [email protected] prior to the draw date.
3. You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as the winner.

General

1. Limitation of the Organiser’s liability. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Organiser’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Organiser will not be legally responsible to you or any other person for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Organiser, or which are caused by a third party. The Organiser’s maximum liability in respect of this promotion shall be limited to £100.
2. No association with social media platforms. This promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with social media platforms, including Facebook, X, YouTube or Instagram.
3. Applicable law; forum for disputes. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions. Any disputes relating to this promotion, or these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, although if you are a resident of Scotland, you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of Scotland.
4. Changes to these terms and conditions. The Organiser shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to make reasonable changes to these terms and conditions. Such changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this webpage. If any significant changes are made which would affect your right to participate in this promotion, we will give you notice of these changes by email.
5. Acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and conditions.
6. Withdrawal of the Survey. The Organiser may withdraw this promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
